Ravi Kumar Setia (Founder & Director)

He founded SAFL in 1996 & laid a great foundation for others to follow. He handles all financial and credit operations of the company and sets the short and long-term financial objectives with an eye of achieving them. He has a great number of experiences up his sleeves. Being a science graduate, he showed his interest in the development of human society and completed his Masters in Sociology. Before the company was promoted he worked as the Development Officer at The New India Assurance Company Ltd and gained a remarkable experience of 16 years.

Robin Setia (Executive Director)

He is responsible for the strategies and initiatives that drive revenues, growth, competitive market positioning and profit. Mr Robin joined the company in 2004 and now possesses notable experience and judgment capabilities for taking the business to its next level of success or resolving the deficiencies that impede its ability to grow and prosper.
He is an MBA in marketing from Cardiff, UK.

Nitin Setia (Chief Operating Officer)

A young & dynamic individual Mr Nitin joined SAFL in 2015 to further expand this business. Prior to this he has worked in HR consultancy, financial services & manufacturing sector. This blend of experience coupled with a sound education background helps him understand the various dynamics of the corporate business & provide a vision that fosters growth of the company. He handles the sales & marketing division at SAFL & ensures the company meets the desired goals in reaching to a new height.
He is an MBA from University of Glasgow, UK.
